A Bit About the Job: Our warehouse team is responsible for overseeing inventory and fulfilling orders. From assembling small parts packages and cutting wire to loading and unloading shipments, the warehouse is what keeps these camper projects moving for our customers. You also get to drive a forklift!
A Bit About Our Team: We’re a small team of 8 currently, and are looking for our 9th to join us. Nate and Steph, the owners of the company, along with Grace (Marketing Director) produce video tutorials, walkthroughs, and wiring diagrams for the YouTube channel and website. Chad (Operations Director) and Nicholas (Operations Assistant) keep the warehouse running and make sure orders are fulfilled and customers are happy. Morgan (installation manager) is based out of Oregon and runs our installations branch. We’re a small, tight-knit team (but actually, not just saying that) that enjoys going for a happy hour beer at Storm together and taking half days for powder days in the winter.
Why We’re Actually All Here: Salary is $45,000 per year for full time.
Full Time employees are eligible for health insurance (50% company paid), IRA (3% match), and PTO.
8am-4pm Monday-Friday
What We Are Looking For: An organized and detail oriented person who is able to lift 80+ pounds regularly, climb ladders and stairs, and operate a forklift (training is provided).
What you’ll be Doing: Day to day, our warehouse associates start out with fulfilling orders (pick, pack, ship). You then move to assembling small parts packages and creating wiring kits, cutting wire and organizing inventory. When shipments arrive at the warehouse, you’ll inspect all received stock for damages and report any damages if necessary.

Explorist.life is looking for a detail-oriented and customer-focused Customer Service Technician to provide technical support, assist with customer inquiries, and facilitate a seamless shopping experience. This role is essential in helping customers design and purchase their mobile, marine, and off-grid electrical systems while ensuring high-quality service and support.
Key Responsibilities
Customer Support & Technical Assistance
- Respond promptly to customer inquiries via email, chat, and phone.
- Assist customers in selecting the right products based on their power needs and setup requirements.
- Provide technical support for electrical systems, troubleshooting issues, and offering solutions.
- Work closely with the sales and technical teams to address complex inquiries.
Order Assistance & Checkout Support
- Create and manage customer carts and quotes to streamline the checkout process.
- Assist with order tracking, shipping updates, and delivery issue resolution.
- Support the returns and warranty claims process, ensuring smooth resolutions for customers.
Knowledge Base & Process Improvement
- Contribute to and update help articles, FAQs, and troubleshooting guides to enhance self-service options.
- Identify common customer issues and collaborate with the team to improve technical documentation.
- Gather customer feedback to provide insights for product and process improvements.
Collaboration & Teamwork
- Work closely with sales, fulfillment, and technical teams to ensure a seamless customer experience.
- Stay up to date on product updates, new releases, and best practices to provide accurate information.
- Maintain clear, professional communication with customers and internal teams.
Qualifications & Requirements
- Strong technical knowledge of electrical systems (experience with mobile, marine, or off-grid systems is a plus).
- Previous experience in customer service, technical support, or sales assistance preferred.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work independently in a remote setting with reliable high-speed internet.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Experience with eCommerce platforms (WooCommerce preferred) and customer support tools (Intercom or similar) is a plus.
